Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips


Fresh Strawberries, Finely Chopped 1/4 cup
Orange, finely chopped 1.5 oz
Kiwifruit, finely chopped 1.5 oz
Crushed Pineapple, drained 1.75 oz
Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon Chips  
8" Flour Tortillas 2 each
Butter, melted 1 tbsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  4. For chips, brush tortillas with butter and cut each into eight wedges.
  5. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over tortillas.
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake chips for 5-10 minutes or just until crisp.
  8. Serve with fruit salsa.
