Chicken Avocado Flatbread Pizza

INGREDIENTS
Whole Grain Flatbread | 1 |
Tomato Sauce | 1/2 cup |
Shredded Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 cup |
Chicken Breast, shredded | 1 cup |
Jalapeno Pepper, sliced | 1/2 oz |
Avocado | 1 oz. |
Green Onion, diced | Garnish |
Fresh Cilantro | Garnish |
Pan Spray | As Needed |
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.

Place flatbread on the baking sheet, cook in the oven for 4 minutes and remove from oven.

In a medium bowl mix the tomato sauce and shredded chicken; set aside.

Sprinkle the cheese over the flatbread.

Place the chicken on top of the cheese.

Top with jalapeño and scallions.

Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Top with the sliced avocado and fresh cilantro.
