|Tomato Sauce||1/2 cup|
|Shredded Cheddar Cheese||1/2 cup|
|Chicken Breast, shredded||1 cup|
|Jalapeno Pepper, sliced||1/2 oz|
|Green Onion, diced||Garnish|
|Pan Spray||As Needed|
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.
Place flatbread on the baking sheet, cook in the oven for 4 minutes and remove from oven.
In a medium bowl mix the tomato sauce and shredded chicken; set aside.
Sprinkle the cheese over the flatbread.
Place the chicken on top of the cheese.
Top with jalapeño and scallions.
Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Top with the sliced avocado and fresh cilantro.
