Chicken Avocado Flatbread Pizza


Whole Grain Flatbread 1
Tomato Sauce 1/2 cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
Chicken Breast, shredded 1 cup
Jalapeno Pepper, sliced 1/2 oz
Avocado 1 oz.
Green Onion, diced Garnish
Fresh Cilantro Garnish
Pan Spray As Needed


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.
  3. Place flatbread on the baking sheet, cook in the oven for 4 minutes and remove from oven.

  4. In a medium bowl mix the tomato sauce and shredded chicken; set aside.

  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the flatbread.

  6. Place the chicken on top of the cheese.

  7. Top with jalapeño and scallions.

  8. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.

  9. Top with the sliced avocado and fresh cilantro.
